This thoughtfully structured experience weaves together trauma-informed yoga, guided breathwork, somatic integration practices, sound-based restoration, and intentional pauses in nature. Each session is carefully paced to support safety, choice, and individual capacity.
This retreat is appropriate for all levels. No prior yoga experience is required. All practices are invitational, with accessible options and emphasis on consent and self-regulation.
Through repetition, immersion, and guided integration, participants are supported in reconnecting with steadiness and restoring the body as a place of strength rather than survival.
This is not group therapy. It is a structured, body-based recovery experience designed to complement individual therapeutic support.
Trauma-Informed Somatic Practice | 9:00 AM – 10:15 AM
Breath-led movement and nervous system education designed to build regulation, awareness, and embodied capacity. Emphasis is placed on choice, pacing, and internal cues.
Sound-Based Restoration | 10:30 AM – Noon
Gentle somatic processing practices, deep inner listening, and restorative sound elements to support settling and integration.
Lunch | Noon – 1:00 PM
Stay for connection and conversation, or transition quietly into the rest of your day.
Somatic Integration & Vipassana Practice | 1:00 PM– 2:00 PM
Guided somatic processing and Vipassana-inspired insight meditation to cultivate non-reactive awareness, deepen inner listening, and strengthen self-trust.
Closing Circle, Reflection, & Intention Setting | 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Group reflection and guided integration to consolidate learning and reinforce tools for daily life.
Optional: Community and/or Quiet Reflection at the Creekside Oasis | 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM.
End the day your way. Guests are welcome to stay a little longer and hang out with friends at Creekside Oass and enjoy flowers, the fire pit, mountain views and time with friends. Or, maybe find a quiet spot to rest, journal or reflect upon the day alongside the creekside trail or one of our restful creekside hammocks.
Participants will engage in:
• Breathwork to stabilize and regulate
• Somatic practices to gently integrate stored stress responses
• Deep inner listening to rebuild trust in internal cues
• Sound-based restoration to support nervous system settling
• Nature connection to expand grounding and capacity
Come as you are. Leave feeling steadier, more resourced, and more connected to your sacred self — whole, capable, and sovereign.
